Richard Taylor Personal Training Club is not just about One-to-One sessions. If you find your motivation by working out as part of a group, we already host a variety of activities that will appeal to you such as:

– Boot Camp
– Running Club
– Biggest Loser

If you have an interest in training with up to 10 friends or work colleagues, get in touch and we can design a course to suit all levels of fitness whilst still focusing on individual needs.
